The bottom lives (or used to live) in my cit. He was never very friendly. He would get huffy if people said hi to him or even just nodded their heads in acknowledgement. I dont know if he was rude or if he assumed every guy was hitting on him because he was a porn star. For the most part, guys were respectful that he was with his partner and that just because he did porn didn't mean he was for everyone.
